I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sunsuper (Sydney)
Interview
As far as the structural/technology side went, it was as good as any company I've ever seen.
From a practical position, it left a bad taste in my mouth when every interview question focused around how great the company's work life balance was, before concluding the interview with a massive mock assessment that was due 9am Monday (interview was 3pm Friday).
After spending all weekend on it, to then get a call a week later from a generic HR rep rather than the hiring manager to say I was unsuccessful as they'd hired internally and couldn't give me feedback, was both disrespectful and showed no interest in work life balance whatsoever.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We strive to create a respectful and balanced recruitment process for our candidates and we apologise if we didn't meet this expectation. We value your feedback and will use it to make necessary improvements.

The interview process was very thorough which is good to know that a company invests time to seek the right candidate’s. The interview process was extremely professional and gave you a lot of information.

Interview
From start to finish everything was very transparent. The information session allowed me to get a clear picture of what a day in the life of a representative will be.
The 18 month overview gives you a good insight into the role and a glimpse where you could be in the future.
Over all the experience was an exciting one filled with a bit of nerves.
