Had 2 step interview process between HR and branch manager. Went smooth and sold me on the switch to a different company. In a few months I will know was it just a sales pitch or actual truth behind the interview pitch they used to pry me away from former company

Interview
First you will interview 30-40 min on the phone and if they think you're a good fit there will be a brief in person interview. If you have previous experience doing manual labor or working with your hands and utilities that is what they are looking for.
