Very rigorous. Multiple interviews, which is typical. Interviewed with different levels of leadership. Some questions came up that I had not planned for but good thought provoking questions. Overall nothing uncommon.

Multiple rounds of interviews with various members of the team at all levels - executive leadership, direct reports and peers. Great engagement and follow-up from the recruiting team. While there were quite a few interviews the teams were very respectful of time.

Multiple-level interviews that included peers, direct reports, managers and skip level. Thoughtful questions and excellent follow-up from HR post-interview. Transparent discussion around challenges and expectations. There was a great deal of opportunity to ask questions and expand upon answers. Extremely welcoming and professional.
