Telephone interview, followed by an in person interview. Initially was not given an offer, however after 9 months the recruited advised that the selected candidate did not "work out" and the position was needing to be filled again. Went for second interview and was offered the position.

Interview
First off, I respect Sunoco's interview process. My interviewer was great and the overall experience was smooth! I applied for a mid-level managerial position in March 2016 and received an invitation to interview roughly 5 weeks later. It was an hour long interview and I was told that there would be no second interview, as the department was staffing up immediately to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business. My interviewer put me at ease and although the interview was all business, it was a relaxed environment. I immediately knew that I had made the right choice applying to Sunoco.
