First, I had a video call with the CTO. It was a great conversation about my background and the company. I received a follow-up email 5 days later (it happened to be New Year's Day). The CTO cc'ed me and an engineer from the company, asking him to schedule an interview with me. We scheduled an interview for 2 days after the email. On the interview date, the engineer didn't show up. There was no courtesy email or any message in advance. Two hours after the interview time, he got back to me, saying that he had Covid, and asked to reschedule for Friday (2 days after the initial date). Unfortunately, he did not show up to the second meeting either. I tried to reach out but have not received any response ever since.
