It is a 2 step interview process, one interviewer will come from your department and another will be the overall head. They typically ask the same questions and ask you to come in smart casual attire.

I did the initial interview (online) and the final interview (onsite) on the same day and both were very quick and easy. You just have to be direct and know how to communicate properly. Still waiting for the results though.
