I had about a 30-40 minute, in-person interview. Then, I had a phone interview. The next day I was offered the position. I completed some info online, background check, and drug test.
Then, I filled out the I-9 with my new Regional Manager.

Pretty casual and went with the flow not super structured so it felt more natural and not forced. They pretty much let me lead the conversation and didn't mind me circling back to other questions they asked previously.
