Interview
I had the take home assessment, Saturday interview, and interview with COO. The take home assessment is super suspicious, I only wrote psuedo code and was invited to the "next round". The second interview is worse, its scheduled for only 15 minutes, and the interviewer rapidly fired off questions while snacking on peanuts, then doesn't give me an opportunity to ask questions. It was also scheduled early morning Saturday. Then I was invited to the "final interview" with the COO. This is only scheduled for 30 minutes (even more suspicious), however, as I saw with others' experiences with the COO, they only will spend 5-10 min asking you questions regardless on how well you answer. Then I was told I would hear back the next day, and I got what I expected, a rejection email saying I was not a good fit. Luckily I had read enough of others' experiences on glassdoor and managed my expectations from the beginning. They are not seriously considering candidates. This was a complete facade. What job seriously considers hiring someone but only has a 15 min in-person interview before meeting the "COO". I was not interested in working for this company, just wanted to see if the stories were true, and they are. It appears that they are just trying to check some boxes that they are "interviewing". If an outside party does an investigation on this behavior, it won't take long to confirm what everyone else here has experienced.
Did the online Intervue assignment, and the questions were very similar to what all the other Glassdoor reviews say (HTML parsing). Aced it, but the platform constantly flagged me for mouth movement even though my mouth was NOT moving. I think it was due to my facial hair. Absolute waste of time (90 minutes). Do NOT do online assessments for companies that are sent out automatically.

Interview
3 hours coding assessment with only 1 question mandatory to answer, while the other 5 or 6 questions are optional, followed by a 15-minute technical interview with a software engineer in their team after a month, and likely they will host the interview on Saturday for some reason.
As other comments are saying, the 3-hour coding assessment is simply asking you to convert a weird sequence into table output, and with some C questions and 1 SQL question.
For the second round of the interview, the engineer will just throw out questions to you while looking at your resume, asking specific questions about the language you have in your resume that match their tech stack. For my case, the interviewer asked about java, javascript, aws, sdlc, and dived briefly into what you have done from your resume.
