They were very late in calling for my interview. The person I interviewed with 1st was rude, disinterested, and slightly condescending. My 2nd interviewer was better and it took a while to understand that she was not being rude but adamant about some of her statements. After being hired I have come to realize it was just a culture difference.
The speed in which it all happened was very disconcerting, I applied, had my first interview, 2nd interview and offer within 48 hours! Desperation?

It is done over the phone and then they send you sample loans to prove to know the job description. You underwrite a few basic files and then they are sent off to be reviewed on how well you understand the UW process and agency guidelines. Some loans are meant for you to deny them
