Very short interview and easy going. Simply ask about previous work history, what you think good customer service looks like, what you expect your hourly wage to be, and sometimes will ask you to sell them something simple such as a pen.
The interview process feels more like a friendly conversation than a traditional interview. Basic personality questions were asked. I was also asked about my availability and why I wanted to work for the company.

Very informal, quick to the point. Asked a couple questions about weaknesses and strengths. Asked about availability. Was offered the job right on the spot. Very painless. They were more concerned with how often you could work.
