I went through five rounds of interviews, including a final onsite interview that lasted about four hours. After investing a significant amount of time and effort, I was completely ghosted. I never received a yes or no decision, no feedback, and not even a courtesy rejection email. This process was a waste of my time and felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Regardless of the outcome, candidates deserve clear communication.
