Interview
I met with the CEO, CFO, and the Senior HR Generalist. There was a lot of transparency as to what the expectations were and what issues they were currently facing. There were very few pauses or "uncomfortable silences"; our conversation was relaxed and offered a good view into the culture of the organization.
