Interview
I was interviewed on a 1:1 basis, the interviewer was very pleasant. They did a personality-like test that asked questions to find out what kind of person I was: detail-oriented, organized, etc. They want people who are those things as filling out reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis is required.
