Summit Brewing Company interview questions

First round interview was over the phone with HR director. Very positive and very outgoing team. The offer was made shortly after to go to their St. Paul location for an interview. Second interview was with 3 members of the Marketing team whom I would have worked directly with. The questions were challenging but the team was very positive and engaging. They explained that this process was setup to ensure that any applicant would be able to work and communicate well with all internal partners.
