I had a call with the talent acquisition manager as an initial phone screen, which included general first-round questions and some technical questions. The TAM asked some very technical questions, which I think is rare for a non-engineer to ask.
The interview process began with an initial phone screening with HR to discuss my background and the role requirements. This was followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager, where I was asked to solve case studies and discuss past projects in detail. Finally, I had a cultural fit interview with the team leads, where we discussed collaboration styles and company values. The entire process took about three weeks from application to final decision.

I was eliminated at the hiring manager stage, Recruiter seemed very helpfull but at the end doesnt give the feedback I asked,
Hiring manager is very nice person but asked hard questions about the role.
