The interview was fairly laid-back, not overly challenging, and more focused on personality and getting to know me rather than technical or difficult questions. It felt conversational, with an emphasis on understanding who I am as a person and how I would fit with the team.

Assement centre, including a group task, tour of the shop floor, personal presentation and then interview. Very smooth process, good communincation beforehand and helping with preparation for the personal presentation.

I had three interviews in person. They mostly asked behavioral questions no technical questions, interview was about an hour each. I got my offer a week after the last interview
