Interview
The interview lasted about 20 minutes. Asked questions like "Why do you want to work here?" They also prefer some restaurant experience before hiring as a server. For training, they also ask about availability to make sure that your schedule is flexible. The interview also explained the training process and what they were looking for in employees.
Very basic interview. I went in during the Monday-Thursday 2-4 time. Filled out an application and sat down with a manager immediately. They asked me about my previous fine-dining experience and offered me the job.

2 interview process. Very nice and welcoming. I was asked about my wine knowledge. I was asked about my prior work history. I was told all about the company and was very interested in pursuing this job.
