Arrived early, they took me right in. Informal at a table in the bar. Low key but effective process. Management was very kind and informative, and she brought my nerves down quickly.

Interview
They seem to tell you things that sound attractive but aren’t factual. It’s very unorganized and hectic. There isn’t really any real fine dining training except for spiel and menu.
