Sullivan-Palatek interview questions

I applied and heard back within a week to interview. I went in, and interview included standard questions; however, interview was 2 hours long due to going over ERP system functions. I left thinking that it was going to be a definite yes to being hired. I heard back from them 2 weeks later stating that they decided to hire a regular Buyer Analyst, versus someone in a senior position.

Received a phone interview request via email containing a date and time. I accepted. Sullivan-Palatek neglected to respond. One day before the scheduled interview, I contacted them to confirm. They said they'd filled the position. One week later, Sullivan-Palatek contacted me again because the hire fell through. I agreed to a phone Interview. The HR person was friendly and the interview went well. She said they would make a hiring decision by the end of the week. I did not hear from them. I sent an email to check in and an automated reply said the HR person was on vacation for a week. I waited a week and followed-up again via email. Several days later, the HR person bothered to respond, they'd hired another candidate.
