Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

Interview
Apply online, and then got a call asking to schedule an in person interview. During the in person they have you answer a couple of question. It was a short interview, took probably less than thirty minutes. They also give you more information about what it is like working at their Subway so you know what to expect.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
