I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Subway (Anchorage, AK) in Sept 2015
Interview
The process was remarkably easy although the time of hiring varies greatly as sandwiches are oddly seasonal. We get much more people in the summer than in the winter. And they hired me as a teen with no experience if that sounds like you go apply. Piece of advice : really do well in your application it really helps most of the interview was just the manager looking over your application now that I have the job I'm glad and you will be to if you get the job
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
I interviewed at Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
