The interview was rather brief and informal. Conducted by the manager and lasted around 10 minutes. It was mainly about customer service and prior experience and what would you do in certain scenarios. All rather basic stuff. I heard back after around two days being told that I had a trial shift.

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
