They had me make a sandwich, which they then taste tested it against one they had made to compare and see if it was as good as theirs. Very weird.

I tried applying on their Careers section on their website. Didn’t get any response there. One day I walked past a Subway that was hiring. After emailing them, I got an interview where I just answered basic questions about myself.
First, they asked me to answer tell me about yourself, and then what is your strength and weakness. They brief me about the process on how to make a sandwich.
