Interview
They'll ask you questions about how you would deal with other employees (if you don't get along, etc). Also, they look for people that stay at there previous jobs for a long time (or at least mine did). they don't want people who will just stay for a few months or weeks then leave.

Question 1
What would you do if you and another employee were fighting/didn't get along?
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
