Month-long process with 3 separate interviews. Over the phone interview, video interview, and in-person interview. The latter two interviews will have 3-4 people in them. Questions are repeated in each session. After the second interview you will take a background check, an MBTI personality quiz, and have to refer at least 3+ references to the employer. The third interview is *several hours long*. You will go through a faux go-home session with a trainer, have to direct a blindfolded individual to replicate a scenario created with cups/string/napkins, a roleplay session(they stated, I did not get the opportunity), and a formal interview.
