Subly UK interview questions

The initial interview process was fairly simple where the CFO asked questions pertaining to the job and my mental health which was a bit odd. What made the process bad was the interviewer taking a week to get back after the initial interview with a design challenge that was expected to be completed in 1 day. Like the challenge was emailed on Tuesday late evening and expected to be sent back by 9:30am on Thursday. As someone who has a job and has work, one working day notice is rather odd to expect someone to complete something. I was told it was because the challenge had to be completed before the interviewer went on holiday but that felt like poor planning and inconsiderate of the candidates time. I decided to withdraw from the process because the company didn’t seem like a good fit from being asked about my mental health to expecting things done without any consideration of the candidates time.
