Subaru of America, Inc. AEM Technical Lead interview questions

I had a 9:30am call with their HR department. They were a no-show, leaving a voicemail almost half an hour late and neglecting to apologize or identify themselves as Subaru. I attempted to withdraw myself from consideration but the 3rd-party recruiter begged me to reconsider. The second interview was scheduled for later that day. Subaru's HR was five minutes late, didn't have my resume available, asked the same questions multiple times, then hung up without asking me if I had questions or comments. I'm frankly shocked such a recognizable name would screw up such a basic process so profoundly.
