Interview
The interview process was quick and seamless. It consists of three rounds of interviews. The first round is a virtual meeting. It begins with 5 minutes with you and one member of HR alone. After the screening, HR transfers you to interview 2 analysts from the team. The second and third rounds are in-person. In the second round, you meet with the leaders of the operations team. Finally, the third round is with two front office individuals who are not a part of the operations team. Every interviewer follows the same format, grilling you with questions about your resume experience and interested on why you applied to the role.

Interview
I applied for the role online, was sent an email from hr to come interview. I came in and had two interviews in my visit, first with an hr representative who asked about my background, then immediately following I met with two members of the operations team (Team Lead and Analyst) who talked to me about the role. With hr it was a rough interview but with the team it was an easy conversation. I left and never heard back from the company.
