Complete waste of time. I have never sat for an interview with 2 people who were completely clueless on how to conduct an interview. Even after talking about myself for minutes straight the two would just sit there blankly and not take any direction/ask any questions to further the interview. Overall it was so bad it lasted about 15 minutes.... so I commuted 2 hours for an interview that should've just been done over the phone or by someone who knows what they are supposed to ask.
