The company seems to make up its mind about hiring before the interview. The interview appears to be a formality and the two interviewers I met with spent more time telling me about the company than asking me about my experience or my qualifications. The interviewers were management employees who did not make very clear what was expected of the employee or even what the new employee would do for the company other than in a abstract sense. I never sensed that the people interviewing me knew what to ask to evaluate me. If you just act confident and important you will probably get hired here.
