The most professional recruitment process I have experienced, which I really liked. I felt that Stroud Resourcing had a great process in place to ensure that they recruit the right people for their business.
There were various stages during the interview process:
- Informal phone conversation
- 1:1 interview with skills test for, typing, writing and excel tasks - along with meeting the team
- Formal competency based interview
- Powerpoint presentation to demonstrate and showcase your experience and some ideas
It's the first time I have experienced an interview using this format but the Directors made you feel at ease and I was comfortable carrying out the tasks at hand.
I was very impressed with their professional approach and it made me confident about the kind of employers that Stroud Resourcing would be after the interview- and my impression was correct. Strong process allows the company to put clients, candidates and employees at the heart of their business, ensuring sure that skills and personalities fit well within the Stroud Resourcing team.
