The interview process was well designed, somewhat casual, and fast-paced. All of the conversations I had helped to provide good insight into the company, its strengths and challenges, and what to expect in the near term. I was incredibly impressed by the company's culture and strength of leadership. That's ultimately what sold me on joining.
