Initial interview with HR followed by a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager about my background. I had to select an interview slot with the hiring manager. Those slots were either very late +9pm or at the weekend. The hiring manager was 10 minutes late to my interview and did not apologise. They were very disinterested, stressed and cut me off 5 minutes earlier than the agreed time to leave the call. Overall, really negative experience and I'm glad I didn't get through to the next round as there seems to be a poor culture.

A lot of time was spent trying to open their data files (given in 1m+ row Excel files). You synthesize and write a proposal document to submit for review.
