I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stripe
Interview
1. Phone screen with recruiter
2. 1 round coding interview & system design interview
3. Interview with hiring manager
4. Virtual on-site (4 hours)
I liked this process. The emphasis was less on Leetcode-style algorithm questions, and more on practical software engineering tasks (find and fix a bug, implement a feature, etc.) You can use whatever development environment you want, instead of an online IDE. Everyone was very kind and professional. Was disappointed not to get an offer (feedback was that I didn't complete the tasks quickly enough, even though I finished all tasks in the allotted time.)

Similar question to Leetcode Bank transactions but with 4 parts of increasing difficulty

When the interview starts, they bring you a total new project, that you may or may not have the correct setup to run, they don't care about it. Also they tell you that is totally fine to use StackOverflow but on the results they tell you that they reject you because that...
Had an initial call with a recruiter where we discussed past experiences and what I was looking for in my next role. Recruiter was pleasant and the conversation was laidback.
