Interview
Very straight forward with owner, manager, and head flexologist. Few questions asked and more-so a conversation. Showed that they read my resume and understood my skillset. Only thing I did not like was that it was not made clear that training only happened once a week and usually occurred at the end of the month. This was only conveyed to me after I accepted the offer.

Question 1
What is your background with working with clients in a fitness based setting.
I had an initial Zoom screening with one of the owners, and then in person interview at the studio a few days later. I had to demonstrate a couple of stretches that I was shown by the employee.
It was straight forward with lots of opportunities for questions. Job is primarily focused on knowledge of anatomy and fitness. It helps to have a background in fitness or health industry.
it was AI based interview, which made me feel relaxed. the questions were simple and easy to answer. However, by the end of interview it was difficult for me to understand if it was good or bad
