Went in the back for about 30 minutes, asked all the usual questions, and they got back to me within 3 days. Very easy and straightforward process, and the interviewer had great professional skills.
Easy, one interview and a phone call. They do want to meet you in person though. Just be pleasant/ normal front of house behaviour and don't come intoxicated. The franchise owner has a bit of an eccentric vibe—and an absolutely enormous watch. Best not to stare directly at it.
