The franchise owner either terminated the current managers within a month that he hired. Reached out to me to offer the role again and then said he orher option is to hire two sales managers that worked at goodlife and orange theory. This man who values creating positive experiences for clients cannot even create positive experiences for the staff members he hires. This was the most mentally draining job application / interview I've been through.

Question 1
There was no interview questions really. He gave me false hope of getting a job - said that I'm more than capable of doing the job then verbally told me that his other option was to hire two managers who have "studio experience".
Professional with the owners of the company at the location. We had an initial interview over the phone, then invited to meet in personand tour the studio. Very nice employees and managers.
