Interview
An HR person was at our college career fair. I was contacted through phone a week later to set up a 15-minute phone interview. The first phone interview was with the hiring recruiter, which consisted of explaining my experiences and my resume and what my salary requirements were. I was then contacted again a couple days later and they were interested in setting up another phone interview with the heads of the departments I would be looking for. This phone interview was a couple days later and was about 45 minutes where I spoke with two heads of the department. They asked technical and situational questions. I was then contacted because they were interested in doing a 1 on 1 interview. There, I spoke with the people that had interviewed me through the phone, I was given a tour and i also spoke with a Manager. I spoke with 4 people in total. I also took an IQ/Intelligence Test lasting about 12 minutes, one that is given to NFL players. Same questions as the second phone interview - technical, behavioral, and situational questions.
