The interview process was fairly simple but did contain a lot of interviews. For my individual contributor role, I had 4 interviews. It was time consuming and felt like it could have been a shorter process. Overall it was easy and I was only asked a few questions that challenged me over the course of 4 interviews.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Strayer University
Interview
Interview with the Human Resources recruiter, then with three leaders that work there, then a third interview with the actual hiring manager. I felt it was a lot for an entry level position, described like a call center.
I applied online. I interviewed at Strayer University (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2024
Interview
It was professional, but relaxed and fairly conversational. They seemed very positive and I felt like it went well. They told me they would reach a decision and let me know in about five days. I didn’t hear from them until months later, when they let me know, they had moved forward with another candidate.

Question 1
I honestly don’t remember anymore. They seemed fairly standard, but not completely generic, I felt like they were asked with some sense of who I was and my experience and how I might fit with their students.
