I applied online. I interviewed at Strategic Group

Interview

Applied online. Months later a random pre-screen call with the CEO’s personal assistant. Then a video interview with the CEO a week or so later. CEO said the personal assistant would call me a few days later to discuss job details. Never happened and the assistant is out of office for a long period of time.

Question 1

Personal assistant: What do you know about this company? What do you bring to this role? Leadership style? Etc. CEO: What questions do you have for me? Important to note - when I asked standard questions for a private equity role, I got very vague, and unpromising answers. Red flags all around.
