A phone call (this was very dysfunctional from the start) the HR person sent an email requesting a set of times - I sent an email with days and times and they never responded. I had to reach out and contact them a second time and remind them because the first email was ignored. After I sent a second email a couple of days later that got back to me with a time - and of course no apology or even an acknowledgement of not responding and wasting my time. I had a phone call with an HR person which I quick realized didn't much about anything related to the role or the company.
