Interview
Standard interview process…until they ghost you. After 3+ interviews, someone seemed confused about the role and was unprofessional and rude. They asked for samples and as I began taking them through it, this person interrupts to stop me clearly annoyed I wasn't there to present previous tech stack for a new web product and other technical PM framework questions. The job description was Account Director and specifically required marketing strategic expertise. Seemed to pass first 3 interviews until a stad-in with obviously pure tech understanding asked tech PM questions. I asked the hiring manager for clarification because that wasn't in the job description. *CRICKETS*. If you are that desperate for a job, are ok with wasting time, go for it. Honestly, there are way better and professional options.

Interview
Worst interview experience - I interviewed with them for over 2 months because they kept delaying everything. At the end, they ghosted me at final round that was supposed to be an onsite.

Interview
The interview process isn't too intense if you go in prepared to talk about yourself and the quality of your work. The three founders take their company culture and quality of work very seriously; they do their due diligence. They want to be sure that each new person they bring on board can deliver quality work all while being a genuinely nice person.
