The first screening was with an HR/talent team member who used the entire 25 minutes to introduce my career background with a free speech style. The second interview was with one of the VPs and the head of the Developer Relations. It was a verbal questioning format to ask about past projects and the technologies used in each project. The third interview was based on an assignment format with a few questions based on the assigned assignment. The final interview was with the CEO.
