Typical 3 rounds, last were very natural in the office environment with a few of the leaders. Great balance of approachable/ friendly while also answering important questions. First was a phone screen, second with direct manager, last was on-site.

A great interview process. Thorough, personal, welcoming, tactful. After a phone screening, I interviewed with three managers— all of whom were present and engaging. The interviewers were clear about what they wanted out of their agents, and were very articulate about the business model and the support they provide to their teams.

They asked if I could bounce back well from rejection and if I take “no” personally. A lot of real estate is outreach-based, so every company with which I had interviewed had asked this question.
