More about getting to know you, your character, your appetite to learn and your attitude than knowldge. Need to show an interest in the industry, showing you've got an opinion on marketing decisions other brands have made and why.
They reached out to talk to me and interview me, I thought it went very well but they knew what they were looking for and felt like they wasted my time. They came back to me a week later with a rejection.

Interview
A 1:1 with the Managing Director, and then an online video call with the Ops Director. I was referred by a recruiter, so had advice from them on the company and what to expect beforehand.
