Very informal, manager basically asked about a few things on my resume (volunteer/work experience) where I was customer facing and asked about what I did there and my customer service skills.

Very straightforward interview - asked about my previous volunteer experience (the only job/volunteer experience I had that involved some customer service aspect), and asked what good customer service meant to me. Had one interview with the store manager, not with the deli supervisor.
