slow communication, possibly due to christmas period. post interview quick recruitment. interviewed by Area Manager and HR Business Partner. business plan submitted and interview for around 2 hours. questioned both on business knowledge but also personal skills and attitude.
I had an interview and a screening process done by the HR partners.
The screening process picked up an issue from another company in 2004 when I left. Instead of speaking about the 18yrs of success I have had since then, they only focussed on this. Really poor

Poor and long. Had to wait for feedback which was one word answer- not enough sport experience- not sure what that means ! Interview process was poor felt like an interrogation, not very welcoming. Rather robotic
