Interview
I was interviewed first by the Sales Manager and them by the Owner. They were mostly interested in how capable I was handling stressful situations and multitasking. Both the manager and owner stated they were looking for someone self-motivated and not afraid to make decisions on their own. The interviews were short, about 10 minutes long.
