I applied online, they got back to me after about 2-3 weeks. I had a fairly long phone screen (45+ minutes) and was told they would contact me within a week or so. They never contacted me, so I sent a follow up e-mail and was ignored. I just think it's in poor taste for a company that preaches amazing work ethics and morals to leave candidates in the dark. It's not that they just never got in contact with me, but told me I could e-mail them and follow up and then proceeded to do nothing. Just be a bit more professional, guys! Job searching is just as difficult as recruiting.
