The interview process was relatively easy and quick. In total, it took about a week from when I applied for the position to when I received the official offer. There were two small "homework" assignments to complete prior to the interview, but they were not time-consuming.

One question that I really appreciated was their inquiry regarding how I work and break up my time when tasks get redundant. It gave me the opportunity to walk them through my process, while they also showed me that they were a company that cared about my mental well-being.

It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
